I have a bad engine/bilge power venter motor on my 1979 SE28 Sedan. I used to hear the motor screaming but could never figure out where it was coming from. Now it's completely dead and I don't know how to get to it. Can anyone tell me how to get at this motor?

Greetings, I'm new to a Trojan 1972 SE 28. We had it in the Delaware River last year and hit a few submerged objects.
