Re: Work....work.... And more work!
Good luck, but I have to ask. Is that really how they crib the boat, or is that just temporary?

Re: "Slave Solenoid"
Did it crank before you swapped the engine? If so, chances are something in the engine wiring is messed up. It looks like the 40A circuit breaker is tripped in your picture. Push it in to see if it resets and try to crank the engine. If it pops out again, you have a wiring error,

Re: Sea Trial this weekend!
I think I would ask enough so that you could have the boat detailed locally and not have to deal with them any longer. By the way, congratulations and best of luck. Thanks akwalker...have you managed to find a buyer yet? Yep. Sold last month. Going to take a year off from boating and go camping, lol.

Re: Slips on Cayuga Lake NY
Had a friend who kept a sailboat there for years. It's a nice park and a nice area. Lots to do. The only drawback is the traffic in Ithaca. Seems its bad day and night.gregpalmr wrote:I called them on Thursday and they had 6 slips available. Have you been there? What do you think of it.

Re: F27/F26 Fresh Water System
Just get a regular shower curtain and trim it to suit. I'm sure you know, our showers are "wet" as opposed to "dry". In other words, everything in the head gets wet. The cabin also gets pretty damp. I hate showering on my boat, lol. Also, if yours is like mine, there is no holdin...

Re: My Baby
She looked great coming down the river last night! Wish I saw you coming earlier. I would have loved to have shared my rudder failure story from the maiden voyage this week. Haha, didn't see you either. My wife said "that guy's waving to you", but I was already past. I'm sure we'll be ove...

Also added a red stripe on the cockpit sides that follows the original black and gold stripes. Kind of hard to see in this picture.Christian wrote:She is sweet!

There she is! Looking good! Mine goes in Tuesday after a full compounding a polish... I'll be floating around Sylvan next weekend, maybe I'll see you there amidst the crazies... Sounds good, we'll keep an eye out for you. We've been in since mid April, but, given the weather, haven't had may opport...
