I doubt your stanchions are the cause of your problems in the deck. The likely cause is from all the items up near the bow that go through the deck including the hatch. If the stanchions are loose then they should be rebedded, try Butyl-L and make sure you have good backing plates. Ty ready123 . De...

Why the rail change? Thank you for help . Found out issue they had with it . There was cpl things in survey they were concerned about but had to get them fixed for insurance anyways . Just nobody from PortCredit bothered to get back to me . Am good to go on list for next season

Wonder what would cost be to move it up here. Shame to let it go specially since floats . 2 previous owners gave up on my F25 and I got it to point where is in pretty decent shape . That's from someone who is not that mechanically inclined .

Thank you all I may attack it this weekend see how it comes out. windlass have though not sure yet as it doesn't support chain just rope . Will have to take a closer look at it before buying in . would have to be short chain set up if use that
