Thanks for the advise. After 1&1/2 years on the hard, I went back and looked at my pre engine removal pictures and noticed the port intake was incorrect. Switched them and everything is fine now. The forum comes through again! I'm try to send some pictures.

No water flow
Had the engines rebuilt on my 1969 30" Sea Raider. Ford 302 Interceptors. Starboard engine is fine...runs great. Problem is with the port engine. No water flowing through cooling system. New impeller installed. Have checked hoses on the outlet side of pump and found no blockage. Any ideas? Lake...

Are you saying the anti-siphon valve is in that 90 degree fitting? I thought that was the fitting for the pickup tube.

Yes, there is...then the shut-off valve. I thought that may be the valve. Can't remove it without first removing the fuel sending unit. That was going to be my next task. Purchased an in-line valve to replace the old one and that style was what I was looking for.
