Do not know much about the 11 meter, but my 10 meter international uses the fresh water system for the windshield nozzles. There is a solenoid valve behind the helm that opens the let water to the nozzles.

This is what ours looks like with the pontoon Seats

I have 6 brackets and both seat Cusions. We replaced ours with pontoon boat seats from Veada.

My 10 meter International is setup like yours. Intake on the starboard side and exust on the port side. We put extra weight on the starboard side so the engine/generator exust is under water, this has helped the exust problem from the generator.

best way to free up stuck pistons is to pour Coca Cola in the cylinder. Will not take long at all for it to free the piston up.
