If you want me to cut it in half and box it up I will. You just have to pay for materials and shipping. I'm guessing I could get it down to something like 6x5x1ft. Not sure on weight.

The new hardtop was finally installed. The radar Arch is still here. The marina would like it to disappear. Sure. I did notice that while it was still on the boat it did have a little give if you pushed it side to side. Not sure if this is normal or signs of it going.

I did get the top. It came in about 5 weeks after ordering. Unfortunately I'm still waiting on my mechanic to install it. I might be looking to do it myself shortly.

I noticed while climbing up on my swim platform the transom will flex some. I know that being an inboard the transom is not the reinforced kind, so hopefully its nothing to worry about. Is this normal? Does yours flex? I may reinforce with a board from starboard to port. Any thoughts?

At the base it is something like 10.5 ft. I will have to measure height when I get back down to the boat.
