Here are some more photos of the engine. I know they are ford Windsor heads. Not sure if that's 351 or 302 though. I'm getting desperate on finding an ignition wiring diagram. The coil wiring seems butchered, I see no resistor, no spark with any method I try, also my bendix gear keeps getting stuck ...

Someone put an AC in and switch one door to hinges... Hurts my soul.

The goals is to just have something to putt around the river with maybe an overnighter on the water here and there.
