So my port side transmission will not go into reverse It seems sluggish in forward but did drive the boat all day yesterday. Reverse was working sluggish before now not at all. I filled the oil to proper level but no reverse all day. Would this be a clutch plate problem or oil pump? I see on line it...

I am trying to find out any info I can about the 215 transmission. I have a 1972 Trojan with 351 ford engines and these transmissions. I don't know if they are straight mechanical drive or hydraulic? I don't know what oil they take if any or will I be putting oil on a clutch and they take no oil ? I...
