IMG_3036 (1).jpg Found this mold (or stain?) in the bow under the berth on an 11 meter. Wondered if this is common and if anyone has ideas on the possible source and mitigation options. I could not find any obvious leaks above the berth, so am concerned it may be coming from below the berth or anch...

Took the wife to see the boat. Forward Centerline berth is as wide a true queen size bed.
She is happy. Seller has accepted our offer. Time to set up the survey, then buy stock in Exxon...

Yes - getting the wife to see one in person is the next step.
Unluckily there are no 11 meters nearby right now.
A road trip may be in order.

I am looking at the late 80's express models. It has a forward centerline berth (walkaround).
No aft cabin.
