Hey I have a question any body know the name of the deck material on my 74 f25. It looks like wood but with black ribs every 1 1/4'' it looks like it is some type of pres board with a fake surface on top. thanks chuck I used to manufacture volumetric provers and went to the boat last night and put a tape on the tank. You are correct I'm glad to know that also thanks for the further info on est. gph. 5.5 is good news and 10.0 knots is just fine it's not a speed boat now I can relax on my trip it's bee...

Thanks for the info I just thought this thing would have more range than that I gues I can put a bigger tank in or name her NO LEGS.

Can any body tell me about GPH. use I just bought this thing and I need to bring her home 25 GAL. tank makes me wonder how far I can go on a tank.
So I can plot fuel stops on the way I thought 10GPH. might be close but 2.5 hr. on a tank seams low.

thanks paul that should be doable I have done repair work like this before I realy appreciate the advice I thought this boat would be less work than my 1968 32' sea skiff guess the are all the same.

Thanks that is bad news for me is it posible to get under it and take down the head liner and laminate some type of fiberglass panel to the under side posibly with #5200 then inject wood stablizer in the soft stuff and reseal the deck. What is the best thing to cover the deck with or seal it with it...

1975 25 hardtop construction

any body know how the upper foward deck is made or what the core is.
I think it's ply wood I have some soft spots on my front deck sec. I think the wood core is bad anyone know if it can be fixed or how.
or if i'm totaly off track.
