Hi Fred, Thanks for your advice on our stringer issue. We did have the boat professionally surveyed. It was however, completed after we bought the boat. We needed a survey for insurance purposes. Thank you for your prompt responses. The stringers which are rotted are 5 transverse stringers running from just after the v birth to the companion way stairs.
