Wow...I guess I'm late to the party on finding out that Tabman, (Tom) had passed away in 2018. He was known as the go to guy on trim tabs. He represented Bennett but was very knowledgeable on all brands and models.
He participated here on this site as well as many others. RIP Tom.

Re: Reviving an old topic
Yup, thanks Paul. Re-bedded just about everything but wanted to see if there was anything else that someone has come across...

Reviving an old topic
I know this post is 14 years old but I'm interested in finding out if anyone in this topic, Rossjo, Nancy, etc ever found the absolute cause and solution to their water intrusion on their F32. viewtopic.php?t=148
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Ladder to fly bridge
Paul, many boats which are inspected by USCG for fishing with passengers (6-Pack, etc) have guidelines on the height requirement of the rails. I am assuming this is why his rails are higher than factory.

Re: New engine
Birdman, not sure who you are addressing that question to but I replaced my engines myself. There were no labor costs other than mine.

Re: Shut off valves
October before last, Bob had a rebuilt set which he sent me and I sent him mine which I removed. Turned out great and now I can get many more years out of them.

Re: New engine
I got two GM crate small blocks from Michigan Motorz a couple years ago. Fast delivery too. So far, so good.

Re: Water Leaks. Ughhh...
Yup, there is water in the core and when it rains, it leaks from the holes which previous owner drilled for window blind hardware. I'm trying to see if anyone has had luck with finding water intrusion from another source then the obvious places which have been mentioned.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Water Leaks. Ughhh...
Thanks for the reply. NO, my leaks are above the salon windows, port and starboard. Windshield is not leaking and I re-bed my seat bases a few years ago so I don't think it's coming from them. The console maybe...the side cover up on the bridge, possible and I will look into that as well. Thanks, Ja...

Water Leaks. Ughhh...
So after 18 years being under a covered slip, and now moored in an open slip, we've discovered a few water leaks where water is dripping from the bulkhead above side windows in the salon in our 1985 F32. We have small holes where previous owner had window blind hardware attached to it the fiberglass...

Re: Hyd hose
1/4" hose is what I used. I used hi pressure hose suitable for powers steering systems with no issues.
