Am I missing something? My freshwater tank is leaking and it appears to me the only way to access it is to cut the floor. Is there another way?

The floor is screwed down . It is plywood , whatever flooring you have is likely cover the plywood and the screws .

If you put your boat in your signature, people will stop asking what boat you have! :)
