No, but it looks like a nice design ... 
I've always wondered why the rudder tube isn't extended above the water line, thus avoiding any leak issues.

You sent me a message about the pdf I have of the rudder, but I must have zapped it into the netherworld. Send me an email at rfpssp@aol.com and I'll send you what I have. I don't have the measurements, but I do have information on stuffing - pretty straightforward - not much need to mess around with it when it's done, wiht possible tightening over every few years.
