i never said anything about selling i was just looking for a opinion from experts on these boats.
i was going to restore it 1 1/2 ago when i got it but dew to a injury i was unable to work on it. I did try to sell it but no one wanted to give me anything everyone wanted me to give it to them. and the only reason i was selling it was because it was at my buddys house and it was not right to him being in his yard. before i got hurt i pulled the rear deck and bulk head out then i got hurt and it had to sit.
I had a couple people come look at it and when the last guy came and made me a offer for it i was going to take it but my friend spoke up and said its fine where it is when you get on your feet we will finsh it.
So here i am back on my feet and ready to finsh it. I saw this boat that was cut down to a center console last year and i wondered if it was worth doing to my trojan thats all.
when i pulled the motor there was still antifreeze in the motor and risers. But it was locked up. so i got a motor and i am now ready to rock and roll on it i just need some pointers.
Thanks for your comments

would love to see some pictures. I picked up a 69 25' hardtop express that we are going to be restoring, or maybe rebuilding would be a better word. Basically every exterior piece of plywood needs to be replaced. the only thing we will be saving is the hull and the interior. Going to make some slight modifications to the side windows on the cabin as well as cockpit. Other than that we are going to try to keep the original lines. The engine was out when we bought her, so we are probably going to upgrade to a 305 or 350.
