steering wheel
Have not been on here in a while and have a question. I removed the leaky syten hydraulic helm and got a teleflex and tore it down and resealed it and made sure all was okay. The question is the original wheel on the syten has a big taper and the teleflex uses a different one. Can anyone tell me which hole size is correct for the teleflex?

Re: steering wheel
thank you captn, that is exactly I wanted to confirm. I will buy the new wheel. Oh BTW I have the machine tools and might try to make and adapter, but I do not think it is worth the trouble.
Thanks
Larry

Don't forget that there is a key, not just a taper... so if you do your own thing gotta design that in as well.
