What Marina is this?

I'm about to have the same problem here in weehawken, NJ. I have heard a number of other liveaboards get their electric bills and they're trying to charge .28/kWh. I know this is illegal in NJ to submeter and charge more for the electricity than the electric company is charging.

If they were smart they could have added just a little bit and passed it along in order for them to bother with reading the meters and everyone would have been fine. Doubling the amount is insane though. A pricey monthly bill of $350 now becomes $700 ?!?!

We have yet to get an electric bill even after asking a few times. We're hoping they simply forgot ;-)

Now that you all have taken care of your engines. How about you hot water heater? How do you keep it from freezing? Do you drain it? Just a thought I had. OH how about the sewage tank? Fresh water system?
