Both of my engine and my A/C pickups are partially clogged.
I'm trying to remove the scupper on the bottom of the boat. I cleaned them up and have 1 screw removed on each side. I have some movement now in the front but I don't see a third fastener in the rear.
It won't budge. Is there a trick to removing these?

is there another way to clean the intake scoops?
On one of my raw water intake for the engine, I have a piece of silicone trapped inside the scupper underneath the boat. I tried getting it with a pick but it's too big.
I have the exact same issue on the seacock for my A/C pick up as well. I unbolted this one from the inside but it wouldn't budge. I figured I would remove the scuppper/strainer from underneath but couldn't get it off either.
Is there a way to disassemble the seacock from the inside w/o completely removing it so I can clean them out?
thanks,
Bob

Not sure - but be sure to avoid silicone on re-assembly. 3M's 5200 is the only way to go. Silicone is not an adhesive - and will come off - while 5200 will actually adhere (one of the stickiest substances on earth) and last for years.
