No not yet on the prop. I do not have a replacement yet, I will look for one this week. When I took it out today, it ran good as expected. WOT was 3000rpm It took few to plain out, then I throttled back to around 2200 - 2400 rpm. I had to play with the trim tabs get it to plain. I did notice some vibration while it was @2400rpm. This very well could be from the prop. So I will locate one this week and try it again next weekend. While I was coming back in the alternator quit charging so that is another thing I will have to see why its not charging.

not an expert but I am pretty sure 3000 RPM @ WOT is way low. jimbo36.

its sits nice due to the added waight in the stern witch caused the bow to rise hears an idea take the train horns and mount them under the boat with a good compresser and you can have a jet drive to complament the over sized prop and remember not to use flairs to remove prop

A 100 shot of Nitrous would make that prop work just fine ;-)

Looks good Rod ...

Going out to deliver a life boat to a container ship tomorrow ... ugly POS.
