F-28 sq ft in Salon

I am thinking about installing some nice Teak and Holly flooring in my 1979 F-28. Unfortunately I cannot access the boat until May and I wanted to start pricing materials etc.

Does anyone know the measurements of the floor or the sq ft needed to cover the main salon area (everything but the v-berth area, since it will be covered by my new bed conversion!).

Any measurements are welcome!!
