worrying about blistering on1971 trojan house boat

I am thinking about buying a 1971 34 trojan house boat on 10-26 but I been told it is possible that the bottom could be blistered.Would like to know what type of glass the hull is made of.example [woven]

The only way to find out if its blistered is to haul it and inspect it
you should have a survyer insp the boat
