Foofer - you look like you've lost weight instead of gaining it. What's that red growth on your forehead?

Happy Thanksgiving to all.

Gobble gobble to all and to all a good night! Foofer's bird looks like it got in the way of rbcool! Great looking bird, and it's great to see so many of them these days. They're getting to be like pigeons up here in NYS, or is that Canada geese?

Yep.....here on the Eastern Shore of MD sometimes you have to stop on the road to let a dozen cross. (and NO king Paul, I didn't run over him  )

Ron,

KILLER is the perfect way to think of the GD Canada Geese. My daughter-in-law's family makes jerkey out of them, and I think the more the merrier. They trashed one of the nicer islands on our lake. Used to be a great place to take the kids and now their kids - nice sandy beach, etc. Now completely covered in goose sh=t. I've long thought about taking the ole 12 gauge out one early morning and playing St Valentines Day with the flock. Used to be the sight and sound of them heading south in the fall was a rare treat. Now they just hang around all year and multiply. Flying rats in my opinion. Turkeys? Now they are a cool bird!
