Spray Knockers
My favorite toy for the past ten years had been my '86, 10 meter, mid cabin, express.
As much as I love her, she is awfully wet, when running into a quartering sea - trims tabs up or down.
Has anyone tried the named product; and if so, whose brand?
I have seen knockers advertised in boating magazines. But, I would not waste the money to try them without a referral.

Google spray rails.
I have seen some installed on a couple of boats (aftermarket) in the past but don't know how effectively they work in the real world. You will want to install in a position where high speed handling is not affected (ie if the rails are in or under water at planing speeds, you just changed the shape of the boat bottom and change its behaviour...). You probably would want to install something in a way that it is out of the water at planing speeds, but still in the way of the rising spray so it can deflect accordingly. Also, don't underestimate the force of the water that will be hitting the rail... gotta be SECURELY mounted!!

Can you provide some additional detail on exactly what conditions are causing the wet ride on your 10 meter?

I found alot of info about spray Knockers on the web but most of the sites require a credit card to enter. What I have found out is some come with them stock, others add them, and some just made them bigger. As far as a pair helping the ride, I can see how they would help at certain angles and if you feel that you need them I would grab a set if you can get your hands on them.
Hope that helps

You guys are the greatest.
Just sent an email to Smart-Rails to see, if they can help me out. Their web site gives me encouragement.
I will be hauling in a couple of weeks. So, if all goes well, "Pescatore" will be outfitted with a set of knockers [sounds more salty, than spray rails] soon.
I will create a post, when I get it sorted out.
Thanks
