Electronic ignition ??

Got a 75 f-36, has anyone switched to electronic ignition? Looking to shed the point,etc. Any tips would be appreciated.

Been a lot of posts on this , you have chryslers , are you sure there points ? they stated electronic early on .

Previous owner has several boats and tons of extra parts so not sure but there several sets of points in his old depot. Planning a few days off to recommission her this week hopefully and just want to do all I can.

Not everyone can have diesels....have to settle for the F-250 now, F-36 will stick with gasoline

talking about changing to electronic not Diesels but that wouls solve the point issue

Just jealously! My slip neighbor just picked up a Twin diesel boat and can't stop talking about it.
