Aaron I was deeply disappointed in Mike and Cathy after all your bragging, He would NOT let me see the engine room but thats ok. He gave me a Trojan rug as a consolation gift for not forcing the issue! Thanks Mike!!

allen, first thank you for telling me my trojan rug is safe and sound. i sent it with them as a way of me being there in spirit. if not me, then my trojan rug. ( that and a bottle of pusser's navy rum) but, before mike would even let it occupy space on their boat, i had to vacuum it off!! i'm surprised that mike would not let you peek in his engine compartment. i wonder if the strainer sight glasses got schmutzy on the way over. barring that, did you catch glimpse of his fancy new fangled windshield wiper motors? the mounts are custom made and powder coated. these windshield wiper motors are two speed and self parking when you turn off the switch. helped him with some of the install. very fun indeed. i learn a great deal just by watching him.
glad you enjoyed yourself and that the rug is having a good time. if not me, then at least i know the rug is doing well.

laterz...

I do not know if anybody even noticed the windshield wipers. not every body even had a chance to see my boat. John Leeds and I were on Larry and Sheila's 11 meter when we were called up for a late lunch, we seemed to be running behind the whole weekend because of the heat. I will be watching for the next rendevous to getogether again with everybody.
