What did you get, Boat related, for Christmas?

Post by Torcan »

My son gave me a 1500W Digital Power Inverter for Christmas. Now I can make coffee when I'm out on the lake. :)

What did everyone else snag from Santa???

I mentioned to the wife that is would be nice to have a pic of the Waverley when it was moving. We only had pictures of when she was docked. She called all the people we ever went boating with for any pictures they might have. she gave me this one framed with a plaque saying " Waverley summer 2011". Did I ever mention she is a rocket?

It's not easy to have No smell when your head sits over your holding tank, basically a hard plumbed porta-potti, and when you flush, you open the flapper valve, pee-you!

The wife got me a west marine folding bike and agreed to a bigger boat if a couple of conditions are met, house related. Thinking 36 tri or chris craft commander 410. Of course these things have a way of getting forgotten 6 months later but a least it's fun looking around LOL.

The wife got me a BlackBerry PlayBook. The wheels in my head are turning. I already have GPS etc. I'm thinking maybe internet satelite weather. Any other ideas?

I was given a nautical Tervis Tumbler with the custom "Captain" imprint. Has served quite a few bourbon and coke(s) so far this season! Happy New Year!

Pelican hat, shirt and a set of Tervis tumblers with a Pelican bird on them.
Waiting to test the tumblers out with Bloody Marys on the first cruise of the year.
