two through hull fittings
I noticed two thru hull fittings under the waterline at the bow on the port side. Any idea what they are?

One (near the keel) is probably drain, the other (depending on where it is and how your head is set up) could be raw water intake for head.
If a thruhull has a clamshell over it, it would normally be feeding a system that needs water (like engines, generator, or A/C). If there is no clamshell it is something less critical, like a drain, head, or raw water washdown system.
EDIT : I see from one of your earlier posts that the head is fresh water... but maybe it was raw at some point in the past.

So those fittings have been ruled out?

that is how my F-25 is set up/ Im going to keep it. and also add top side access to the holding tank. We have to be 3 miles off shore to dump where I live. But my through hulls sound about the same as yoursjeffsock wrote:I do have a macerator. I emailed the surveyor he said they were from the original head that just dumped over board. One was intake and one was the outlet.

Through Hulls
The hull drain is located under the step in the v-berth and it is located close to the centerline of the hull on the port side of the hull. It should have a brass plug fitting in it.
The other one could be the intake for the head before they hooked it up to fresh water. Or it could be an old overboard discharge which is no longer permitted in great lakes or near shore salt water and there would have been a Y-valve installed to switch between onboard holding tank and overboard discharge. If that plumbing still exists, you would need to either remove it or permanently lock down the y-valve lever in the non-overboard position.
If it is only "3/4" diameter then it is an intake for the head or intake for A/C cooling water pump.
If it is larger like 1.5"-2", then it is a discharge for the head.

Hi,
I have three through hulls in the bow, here is how mine is set up
1 3/4"
2 1-1/2"
3/4" is raw water intake for head flush
from head to holding tank there is (was) a Y valve , one side to holding tank one side to over board
(1) 1-1/2" was direct overbard from head , i removed this option and capped the through hull
(1) 1-1/2 is overboard from holding tank, there is a manual diaphram pump on the aft bulkhead of the step in the v berth , there is a handle that looks like a baton that fits in the lever assembly on the pump. and you were to manually discharge your holding tank when at the legal distance from shore ....
I removed this option as well, and now can only flush to the holding tank and pump out via a deck fitting to a pump out station. no y valves, pumps or through hulls,
My plan is to remove the through hull valves and fill the openings when I haul the boat.
hope this helps
