odd fuel filter line part. cant read #'s

Post by jefflaw35 »

On the fuel line, up on the top of the engine. In the short distance between the in-line filter and the fitting to the engine there is a box. It has zip ties and is in bad shape. It slides back forth freely but its magnetic on both sides. It looks like the words Kel Master is on it. What is this? I only ask because im ordering some small engine parts tonight, bunch of little stuff and I dont know if this peice is needed

My gut feeling was right :?

A gas saving magnet gizmo . A gimmick they sell claiming to make the fuel burn better .

Throw it away .

The famous Kel Master fuel saver!

Better get 2 or 3 of these inline fuel alignment magnets and really save some fuel! Don't put them backwards or they'll use MORE fuel (your arrows have faded, so be careful).
