Water Spout on the Potomac Yesterday

Post by Stripermann2 »

This picture was caught right out front of the beach yesterday. The following video was captured directly across the river at Cobb Island, 5 miles due east of us. Pretty cool!

Wow! Really cool to see seated at my computer. I don't think I would feel the same way if I was sitting on my boat.

Water spout or not we call them twisters here and a picture is cool but they are definitely not cool.

Nice pics though

The cool thing about waterspouts is that sometimes they make it rain fish!

Having grown-up in Tornado Alley, I can +1 on the watching from the computer, though.
I needed a less expensive hobby, so I bought a boat!
