New to Trojan Boating!
I wanna say hello to everyone and happy I am vintage boat owner finally!
Just picked up a 1963 Trojan 2500/Sea Skiff Bimini Sport Fisherman it's pretty much all there. It's 292 interceptor powered and the boat need's work but it will be worth it when she's done.

Welcome aboard. She's a fine ship. You've got your work cut out for you but I know she'll be worth it in the end. Beautiful woodies always turn heads, even the heads of plastic boat lovers

She was a 1969 36 ft wooden beauty with big blue 440s that we'll miss forever.
And thanks to the gang, 2012 Trojan Boater Of The Year

I am so stoked about this find and can't wait for the day I get to put her in the water. Would any of you know where I can get period correct name plates? I am missing both also looking for a ship wheel center chrome piece and one bow chock. I think the rest of it is there so far as I can tell, it just need's some love and gobs of money! And thanks again for warm welcome im glad I could be a part of this wonderful site.

Welcome to the site. That project ought to keep you off the street corners and out of the bars for a few days! Good luck with it, when done it should be beautiful!

I am truly impressed with your vision, you already have your eye on the finishing details, keep those in your sights and you'll be cruising that beauty with pride before you know it63Skiffhardtop wrote:I am so stoked about this find and can't wait for the day I get to put her in the water. Yeah it's really gonna keep me busy for some time I have been pricing out lumber over the last few days and im a little shocked some of the price's but I know it will be worth it in the end. Either way I think I might be the only person in Michigan with this year make and model! Seems to be a hard one to find anything out on. Probably gonna fire it up this weekend and make sure it run's and there is no leaks I hope.
