I took the Prowlerfish advice regarding my f28 electrics, took the old breaker box from the junk boat and now have it mounted in my new one. Have a 30 amp breaker feeding it as a sub box and have installed four double Siemens breakers which yields 4 20 am circuits and 4 15 am circuits, plenty for any future needs.At the same time I have cured one solid wire circuit with the right stuff, and my cabin heaters work well via the 20 amp breakers. Gonna mount a duplex in engine room and mid compartment where hot water heater is, and yes the total amps are limited by the original triple breaker as well as a 30 amp that feeds the sub box.
These 15 amp duplex boxes will be used to power my two 600 watt bilge heaters, which are now on an extension cord temporarily. Is going to get to 23 degree tonight and now I am safe. All you frozen northerners are getting even.
Does anyone know where one might obtain a lighted micro switch such as used in the power sentry? The circuit is pretty straight forward, one could use just a 120 volt pilot light and a NC and NO switch but would like one similar to original. So I do not need to made a new panel cover.

you are correct they are gassers. no duplex for it I guess hard wire will be my route. The intent was to remove them during summer and have breaker off when setting them, however the duplex could still spark.

the factory 12 volt light bulbs are encased in an explosion proof fixture for a reason...
