Water in transmission fluid
Just doing oil changes today on both engines and checking fluids, found water had got into my port transmission. Pulled out about 2 quarts with oil extracter pump and refilled. Thinking the oil cooler is leaking, will remove and check. How do you get all oil/water out of transmission, will pull off hoses and flush out. Velvet Drive unit on 454 crusader (10 meter).

It should have a drain plug with a screen. I would drain it, refill and run, and keep doing this until the fluid is no longer milky. To check your old oil cooler, plug one oil fitting, attach an air hose to the other one, apply 10 psi air pressure and submerge the whole thing in a bucket of water. If its bad, it will bubble like crazy.
