It's been a while since I've posted. Thought I'd share a few pics of my nearly completed interior update. My wife and I did the vast majority of the work. The only remaining work is completion and installation of 3 teak veneered doors for the stateroom and head...should complete varnishing next week. We also just completed painting the exterior (topside) with awlgrip.
We didn't intend to do a complete makeover, but one thing lead to another and we ultimately ripped the interior down to bare fiberglass and refinished everything the way we wanted it. We like the results. Along the way I replaced the entire vacuuflush system and hoses, installed 2 new a/c units, new anchor windlass, freshwater, mascerator, a/c circ, and shower sump pumps, along with associated hoses and wiring. We also installed all new LED lighting - a major improvement. I've seen recent threads questioning if it is worth it to upgrade a Trojan...well, we invested time, effort and money in our boat...the return on the investment won't be monetary...rather, it will be in enjoyment.
That is super nice. I need someone to go through my interior and make everything more functional for big offshore fish. My goal is to get an ice maker on board and some kind of fish storage built.

Since I first was aboard one, I have always lusted for an 11.
What a nice, overall effect.
The refrigerator doors make a huge improvement.
Love the floors and hope you can share more details on the countertops and countertop edgings.
By the way, congrats on all the money you saved on your NEW boat !

Particularly since my 11 Meter still has pink velour in it, I'm in awe. I've been stalled because I can't figure out how to get the (pink) upholstered panels below the salon windows off to re-do them.

your boat is absolutely amazing, as someone who has done a near complete refit on an older Trojan F-32, hats off my TOF friend for an amazing job....your taste and eye for detail is above and beyond
I finally installed refinished doors a few weeks ago and thought I'd share a few pics. With that, my interior upgrade is complete...for a while.
All full-size doors and cabinet doors are oem...which means they were covered with formica or similar. I removed formica from a few of the doors if there was any doubt about the integrity of the adhesive. Most of the doors have teak applied over the formica with spray-grade contact cement. The teak veneer is paper-backed in most areas, with a few pieces of wood-backed veneer (where I ran out!).
Removing Trojan's fabric from the walls was a chore...but the wife said the mauve had to go. The PO applied foam backed vinyl over the mauve fabric in many areas...adding to the miserable chore of removal. Hint: when all else fails pull out a heat gun.
