Surely this gives her enough time to "call in sick" ?

It looks like we have Paul coming from Va beach and possibly Tony traveling along with him(?) if Tony can keep up. rbcool traveling without his wife unless she can call in sick!!! Does someone have a little black book to loan him? Myself and what about Jamie? Who else can we pressure into the trip? How about Aaron with a side trip to Wash to show his father that he actually knows how to run the boat? I'd love to get 10 to 15 boats involved. Just a bunch of fellow Trojan lovers who want to look at what people have done with their boats and maybe have a drink or 2 and dinners together.

If we're talking about the meeting in Solomons, I'll be there.

Excellent Jamie. The Solomons is the place I'd like to try. Do you know anyone you can pressure? If everyone interested sends me their regular e-mail address I can contact them directly with updates. I'm at DiLuna@aol.com

Wasn't trying to say anything, was just wondering. :? :? On the other hand Solomons, I'll be there. Its been years since I've been south of Kent Island on the bay. 30+ years.

Great Allen Sr. Our group is growing. Same question to you. Any other Trojan boaters you know you can pressure for the get together?

I'm interested but way too early to commit. I have to start working on the funds and the wife. I may have to recruit a friend to ride along and have the wife stay behind with the kids. The family and extended family are already planning a week in the Outer Banks so play-time money may be short. Start saving now...

Sounds like if I went, I'd need a head start infront of Tony and Paul.

I know what you mean Ken. Did you see what I expect it to cost me in fuel alone?

lol........ we'll have to wait and see.
Could maybe drive over and have lunch with you guys.
I refuse to believe the Rondezvous would also be held on one of those crapy Sat. as well. But that's my luck.

Wes,
I saw your fuel cost estimates. Wow! That's more than what my boat is worth. If you make the Rendevous and I don't; you would put me to shame. I would estimate my fuel cost at around $600. Add some more for food and slip fees and we are getting up there. If I recruit a friend, I may have to charge him. That's a hard sell. Maybe Santa will bring me a big ole check for this trip.

Last year when we went to St. Michaels our fuel bill was about 5K. The way I look at it is, I'm not getting any younger and I'd better enjoy life while I can. What better way than to get together with a bunch of guys who are crazy about their Trojan boats, or just plain crazy? My kids have jobs so I might as well spend what little I have!

Allen I know what you meant  no worry about feelings. I knew what was comin when I posted what I said, we're all good . Paul and I try to stay in vhf range of each other and I'll most likely get underway before him it takes his old bones awhile to warm up.1234 where are you at in Norfolk ? You could come over to my marina the day before and dock for the night, and gas up and head out with me. But these are things we can work out as time passes . Wife blacked out the week before and after the 16th from my guys for time off so I'm good.
