Is there any type of heat shields to put around the turbo to protect the hatches? Or is that what you were talking about?

Allen Sr. : I´m not sure, but i Think I´ll have to make something on / over the turbines. At least over the exhaust side of them. I think they can be pretty hot, or maybe "red" from time to time..... There must be something to use, something to prevent fire. But I will find out on Monday. Now it´s Saturday and partytime. Wife and I are going to Oslo for a dinner and a country concert. Lucky me!

There is a blanket you can put over the turbo , And it needs to be used in this case for sure . Glad I have "wet" turbos .

Sunday: Heavy rain pouring down this morning. Sky is grey and cloudy.... Almost as a start in a book..? Well, I have to begin with the boat again. First some answers for your questions.

Foofer: Country Music consert. I forgot to write the word Music.... Sorry! ...."Im a Country Man.."

Paul: Yes, I know there is a blanket, something made from asbesthos, or what the name is. Here in Norway we have a yellow stuff we are using to prevent fires in walls behind smoke pipes (chimneys) from ovens and fireplaces. When we soak it in water we can mould it, or shape it like we want to, dry it, and you can use it as a hard shield over the turbines. I just dont remember the name.....

Today I have to secure the engine / fix it to the stringers. I have to allign the engines to the shafts, and to start the wire work. I will also put the external oil filters on the wall mounted brackets, and Fix the screws (props). If I´m quick enough I can have dinner at 7 tonight....!

RWS: Yes, but at this time it would be a littlle late? Engines is allready in place.... No worries! I have put in a 12V pump for the oil charge system. Clever? Sometimes I´m in advance of even myself. But now there is work to do! Bye......

Another update:

I came to my boat yesterday and discovered I have had strangers onboard. In the middle of the night someone have been there and nicked one propeller, my toolbox, one automatic bilge pump, one electric drill, two fishing rods with reels on, my box of lures, my cooktop (it was in a cardboard box, laying on the floor), and they have destroyed my brand new doorlock. Why didn´t they take the other propeller as well? And why did they break the lock? It was unlocked.... They also stole a bag containing apples and other fruits.... Why?? They didn´t touch my beers.... Pity I didn´t "store" my wife in the boat. She could be stolen as well, and that would be a punishment itself....
