Railing wood, exterior woodwork question

Take a look at the Sikkens Cetol Marine Natural Teak finish. It was new a year or two ago. I used it on my swim platform after sanding, prep etc, and the finish has stood up well for two years. A touch-up is all that's needed in areas that are worn. There is no orange tint like the other Cetol finishes. I used three coats and then a final with some anti-slip sprinked over the coat. My dock neighbor used the same stuff on his teak railings two years ago and they still look great.
