How to remove a F-28 dinette table

I looker for a long time before I found a sleeper sofa at Jeniffer Convertables. This sofa is a full size double bed and only measures 65" . It was the perfect fit.

I take it the F28 table uses different hardware than a F32 (or for that matter, a 1969 28 Sea Skiff, as my father's worked the same way...).... For mine (and my father's), folding the single (hinged) support out of the way and dropping the 'inboard' side of the table 20-30 degrees releases it from the hinge along the outboard (hull) side...

Well guess what???
unscrewed the mounts from the bottom of the table and the poles came right out!!! Go figure!

That suggests to me that the posts must have not been parallel and so the angled pressure of them in the bottom holes was too much friction to overcome when trying to remove them. When you screw them back use a spirit level on them and expect to need new holes (just rotate the flanges under the table).
