Not a chance.. reason I bought a Trojan was so I could get away from canvas and vinyl windows going up and down each day.
I much rather just opening and closing the salon door!
The salon is big enough for any inside activities and I like the aft deck open for those sunny days and warm starlit evenings. 8)
That is just how I see it from here....

What about those cold and wet winter days? I love cruising and fishing in the winter. I love my canvas, it goes on and comes off real easy.

I have a teak cockpit floor and want to keep as much water off as I can.[its really nice] You really can't see it,but both the windows,and/or the window with screens roll up and snap in place..takes mabe 2 minutes to do em all.

F32 Flybridge Deck Extension

Hi, I read the old posts on this subject and l started looked for a fiberglass deck extension (like a mainship) and thought it was a great idea. To my dismay I found one in Victoria B.C. It was off a F-32 and is a commercial built extension, it could have been the one that was on the California F32. It was built to attach to the existing cabin hardtop and has a hatch and cover that the stairs go to . The aft portion is designed to be supported with 3 x 1" stainless steel posts which I am going to have beefed up to make it stronger. The post bases will have added support also. The design is like 32 ft Bayliner 3288 I think.
The total weight is approx 110 lbs and will cover the cockpit area, which will be great on the Canadian west coast with our abundance of rain. I intend to extend my hand rail around the new deck extension with a sunbrella curtain and install a couple of large coolers to stow away gear and keep the main cockpit unclutered.
I will post a link to the picturs as I progress with the project this summer.
