Funny stuff.... Railing is spar varnish (looks warm, always lots of compliments), swim platform is Cetol light (not as warm but tougher for the weather and water, and still get compliments).

I have received some great ideas and I can see I will have to put a lot of thought into all the possibilities I've been given.
