Have you looked at the pricing of these guys?
I found them very good value and you can buy by the yard.

They have more than just headliners......
I found their pricing landed in Canada was still better than any other suppliers in FL or Michigan.

One consideration - do you need to make sure the material will breathe ? If using it for a headliner I would think yes, but if you are using it on the bulkheads instead you might be okay without. I have regular vinyl on some of my bulkheads around the v-berth and dinette, but there is a pretty good sized air space between them and the outside hull.
If you need breathability, a vinyl might not be the best choice (unless it is the style with the little pinholes).

Mine originally had a rather impermeable vinyl material, but with a fairly thick felt between it and the hull.
