Looks like they started with a F32 Express hardtop or soft top, yanked the windows and built an enclosure instead, and moved the controls up on top of what would have been the dash area. You can tell the interior is original / standard F32 Express issue, plus the portholes configuration on the starboard side are consistent with an Express as well.
This is a sister ship to one owned by friends of ours, except for the missing flybridge of course. I wonder if the bridge was taken down because there were problems with it. It's now more of a sport bridge setup. I'd feel a little cooped up in the cockpit with all that solid fiberglass. I think I'd like it better if it had some windows in the sides.
It looks like the helm console and windscreen were taken off a Trojan flybridge.

Same reason you 'need' joystick controls on so many of the new boats today... so you can maneuver without ever actually having to learn how to handle your boat... Yet another contributor to making boating a little more dangerous in my mind - I don't like contraptions that contribute to people never having to learn what they are doing.

Life is to short for a ugly boat
that's cheating in my book! i used to drive a 68 foot, single screw commercial fishing boat and that didn't have a bow thruster (it needed one) . taught me allot about docking a boat.
i can almost hear that old murphey diesel running now...
life is tough! it's even tougher if your stupid.
