I'm around 60 miles from San Francisco; The marina where i keep my boat is about 40 or 50 miles from there by water. My goal is to motor out to the bay for fleet week this fall and spend the weekend on the bay watching the airshow.

There is a 1,000 miles of fresh waterways in the delta you can travel out here from North of Sacramento all the way to the Golden Gate. Lots of places to get lost.

I'd love to put some pictures on here but unfortunately I need someone to walk me through it can you help?

You need to place the pictures on an Internet photo site then put the URL/link to them in the message preceeded by clicking Img button above and then ending with clicking that button again

So your message looks like this:

If the content is an image link http:/www.xxxxx.jpg then it will show in the message

Hello all!
New kid on the block here in Tennessee. MM 233 on the Cumberland River, or Old Hickory Lake if you will. Saw Cap'n Blast Off's post and decided to chime in. Just bought a 1986 Trojan 10 Meter Sedan with the twin Detroit 8.2L diesels. She has been tied to the dock for the past four years and needs some TLC...but we will get there! Our first diesel powered, or for that matter, inboard boat! Been boating 40 years or better and a 22' C-Dory is the biggest boat before this! We put 2400 hours on the C-Dory since '06 so we had a blast on the little boat! I am sure to have a gob of questions..be patient, please, and will post some pics shortly. Seems like a great crowd on this forum and look foward to participating!
See ya on th' water,
Mike & B

Hey Mike...... the best way to introduce yourself to everybody here on the forum is to start a "New Topic" titled new guy or something like that. Then give as much info as you can. You'll be surprised at how many guys (and 1 gal) have the similar boat and can offer advice on things you might encounter. If you need any help with pics, just shout out!!!
