I have seen the empty marinas with boats on the hard covered in plastic, however, it appears that this is a yachtsmans heaven in the spring summer and fall.
How long are you here care for a cold beverage?

Just rebuilt my work awning for 2nd time over rehab Trojan. Guess what it is snowing again 60 miles east of Dallas. At least Super Bowl is over, was tired of hearing about it.

Am tired of snow and ice and Al Gore's global warming crap.too. But no reprieve.

Hey - almost as good up here as foofer and rossjo had recently... 24 Celsius (75F, or 75 'real degrees' as the father-in-law puts it).

OOPS... forgot ... there was also a " - " in front of the 24 today... so I guess in real degrees it was actually -11!!! Gosh-Darn-Golly-Gee-Whiz (substitute whatever expletive you prefer - I am just trying to keep it clean) I am really getting tired of this winter crap. Did visit my baby today and she ain't liking it any more than I am. Two more months (give or take), and life resumes.

You all have some great fishing up there in Ontario, but those winters arebrutal. 56 Saturday - time for a boat ride! ;-)

Cut and fiberglassed (1 side) of a new floor for the 26 tonight. Boat fever is setting in here as well.

Yay!! Weatherman is announcing the temperature going up to 0C (32F)
Going to be absolutely balmy this coming week.
Bring out the T-Shirts and shorts
Actually, it is quite funny to watch some people, if the sun is shinning and it gets up to +7C it does seem balmy and warm, only because we have become aclimatised to the extreme cold.
