It is well worth installing the drain hose under the engine. It makes oil changes a breeze and is more effective at getting all the old oil out.

I can change the oil in 1 engine ( maybe 2 ) faster then you can read this thread and I hold 15 qts

Foofer, all,
If I got as much oil as possible using the dip stick method, is there enough room under the engine to remove the drain plug and install drain hose, without having to lift the engine?
