This is a difficult one,
it all comes down to, is it a popularity contest, a person that has consistently helped other forum members solve problems, or one that has spent the most time on the water, or organized outings?

Guess some criteria should have been set forth at the beginning.

Personally, I follow the threads pretty regularly, and the one person I see chime in constantly with advice and help is the starter of this thread Prowlerfish. If he were to be eligible, then he would get my vote in a heartbeat.

the other person would be Big D
1980 Trojan F 25 "MY TYME" (sold)
1986 Thundercraft Magnum 280 "The HAILEY-SAVANNAH"

Thank you , but as you know it can not be me , its not strictly a popularly contest , thats why I ask for the reason for the persons choice .

Wow guys, I'm shocked that I'm even being considered and in the same light as some of the long timers here....thanks. Not looking for recognition here, just enjoy sharing what little knowledge I have. Lets face it, we have some of the best bunch of guys here, each one would get my vote. How do you pick just one? I mean: Allen, Jamie, RWS, Ready123, Captainmaniac, K9th, and the list goes on....let's not forget some of the awsome pics from Foofer!! Gee, I guess I'm going to have to get one of those yellow banners above my avatar now!

I am the only one that can't be considered , rossjo could get it again But I am sure most like me look at giving the Honor to someone else That deserves it and has not had the honor . I rule my self out as I started it and would be in conflict .( never was too happy about last year  )

I could easily find 10 people that deserve it but there is only 1

Paul lets face it, last year you were kinda railroaded into it! I find it honorable that you excluded yourself from this years nominations. Like you said there are MANY qualified canidates for this honor. You got my PM about my nomination and the reason why. When will we know the results?
