Thanks everyone, I have just scheduled a soda blaster to come out on Jan 10 and well get the old gal cleaned up. Then to put the barrier coat on.
BTW the blaster opinion is that Walnut hulls are softer than the soda blasting, go figure, he recommended the soda.

Larry,
I am sure markets are different but the best price around here is aprox $ 35-36 per foot.
I am sure you will be happy with the result. I just had some soda blasting done and I think it was money well spent.

Make sure its clear on who cleans up when done , Someone here had issues with that.

The blaster said he would clean up, fortunately I am in the country and what cannot be cleaned up the rain will take care of it.
Just in case will move cars. Luckily my neighbor is 300 feet up wind. Will take picks and report back.
