Welcome aboard! Great looking Lady. Yes, foofer b said it when it brings back memories from his dad's boats. Mine had a 1966 28ft Sea Breeze. Nice to see your new purchase, and good luck with her.

holy frak! i love the interior wood work. it looks like it's philippine mahogany that's been really well taken care of. cannot wait to see more pics, especially of the engines. my tri cabin was repowered in 1996 by the PO with PCM SEAMAXX 250s on a 351 short block. (see pics in my photobucket link)
love em. they purr like kittens.
on another note, i see from the forward to aft view onto the back deck your pup. is that a pug? nice to see another trojaner w/ a dog on here. gotta love em.
cheers.

The pug is the sellers dog, but my cocker will be boating with me. I know he is a great camping dog, hope he relates to boating as well. Were is a good striper spot? I have not fished since I was a kid and just trout so I'll be starting from scratch. Pics and video to come this weekend.

it's easier to give info on marinas and fishing if you put your home port in your profile

Flim63.....you've got some got options for stripers from your location. Entrance to dutch slough, broad slough, and the sacramento river where it opens to sherman lake to name a few.....while there are always some fish around, stripers run in the spring and fall. Spring run has petered out but the fall run is still pretty good. I caught an 18lb last July so you never know.........John
