Dave ,good point . I would rather have a well cared for engine with 2500 hours , then many of the low hour ones I see.

paul, you have often stated that to me over the course of the last few years. i tend to agree as does my mechanic.

Give a shout to BMiller on this board, he has one on Lake Texoma, I can tell you mostlikely he will not have kind words for surveyors as they overlooked a lot of things on his project.
