Talked to Bob and he said No problem on the pennant as long as its not for resale/profit . If you want to make some and resell , then give him a call and then maybe work a deal .

I contacted Prestige about buying a Trojan Pennant last year and they said that the pennant design you see in the photos belongs to someone that sells / sold them on Ebay, not Beacon Marine. they told me I could make a simple change to the design and they would make one for me.

I think they wanted 30 or 50 $ I cant remember, but I declined at the time.

Prestige makes just about every Yacht Club Burgee and every other novelty flag and Pennant you see

Might check back with DavidKane. He took over when Jimini took ill.

Doesn't sound like Beacon owns any copyright.

My understanding is Beacon and or marine tech do own some trade mark rights , Per what Bob said yesterday . exact details I am not sure of.

Of course everyone on Ebay is on the up and up . :?

I have not seen some one selling Trojan flags on ebay other then a used one once in awhile .

I bought a old school Carver pennant off E-bay for $30.00 so I'd say that the price for 30 to 50 seems to right in line, A will made YC flag is in that neighborhood. Then it comes down to how bad do you want...
