Prop puller for sure!

If you're in Saltwater ... who cleans your bottom? Experienced divers already have the prop puller and knowledge and will often do it for a fixed fee (mine will do it for around $50-75 per prop).

You guys are all pessimists. Prop removal in water without a puller is easy. Take the nut off and go hit a rock, she'll pop right off.

I switched the props on my 10 meter a few times underwater. Took off the main props to have them redone and put on spares then switched them back later. I used a craftsman wheel puller

I fabricated longer pieces (the flat piece connected between the two black bolts) which gave me enough reach to get behind the props. was alittle hard to use underwater but it worked with no issues or damage.

Also search and recovery of lost items in the h2o. Had a friend/car client pay someone to dive for a prop that fell off after service last year. Guy found it and charged him 400$ Been thinking about it ever since LOL. Thanks for posting this, just tells me that the demand is out there and im not just dreaming something stupid. Think we try it here and if it works good, we will hand it over to my best friend to run. Then reopen in the FL Keys. Just have to find out cost other guys are getting and cut them off, work hard for less and build the reputation. Wont lose anything at all. Use a puller man, you will damage something or get hurt with the hammer, hate to see that happen....

There are more divers doing this in south Florida than there are boats

it's a great idea but the insurance is a killer and the marinas will not let you in with out it.

MAny with haul out lift do not allow divers .

A lot of places don't have the 2 mill in insurance many marinas want .

Even for bottom cleaning? Wow - they do here.
